University Providers will need to incorporate the 2021 NSCA into their programs from next year, which includes new and expanded areas of knowledge such as understanding and respecting the Country. In this session, AACA CEO Kathlyn Loseby will provide an overview of the 2021 NSCA before handing it over to Dr Daniele Hromek (Budawang/Yuin), author of the 2021 NSCA Explanatory Notes, and AACA National Advisory Panellist Sarah Lynn Rees (Palawa). Daniele and Sarah will discuss the Seven First Nations PCs – covering the definitions and how they can be demonstrated, particularly to University Providers. The session will also feature a Q&A session moderated by AASA President Dr John Doyle. This webinar will provide an excellent opportunity for University Providers to engage with the updated NSCA and gain valuable insights into course planning.
