Celebrating Experimentation, Speculation, and Invention


The AA Prize for Unbuilt Work is an esteemed platform aimed at expanding the conversation within the built environment. It emphasizes the crucial role speculative and theoretical projects play in shaping modern architectural thought.


We invite submissions from architects, landscape architects, planners, urban designers, interior designers, and students of these disciplines. Enter your project now!

The deadline for entries is 22 August 2025. Please ensure your projects remain unbuilt by this date. A cash prize of $2,500 awaits the winner.
