The University of Education, Winneba, invites scholars, researchers, postgraduate students, practitioners, and policymakers to submit original papers for presentation at the 9th International Conference (BCSF-2026). An international gathering dedicated to advancing research and dialogue on critical issues of our time under the theme "Building Capacities for Sustainable Futures: Bridging Global Challenges and Local Realities"(BCSF-2026). We welcome papers that present innovative insights, empirical research, and practical solutions aligned with the conference's sub-themes.
