Hello,

Clara launches a call for guest editor(s) for its issue 13 (to be published in 2027)!

The role of the guest editors is to prepare the thematic section which consists of six to nine articles dealing with a clearly identified architectural issue. The guest editors are asked to write the call for papers, select abstracts and lead the evaluation and review procedures, all in collaboration with Clara's editorial board. The guest editors ensure the coherence of the thematic section and the quality of each of its contributions, and are responsible for writing the issue's introduction. The section may be managed by a team of up to three co-editors.

Proposals from guest editors should be submitted to Clara's editorial committee at clara.archi[at]ulb.be, compiled in a single pdf file (in French or English), including :

  • A theme: title and short argument for your proposal (300-500 words).

  • Guest editor(s): name, short resume (100 words), affiliation, list of 5 significant publications.

Proposals are evaluated by Clara's editorial board. Criteria are originality and relevance of the theme to the field of architecture and to Clara’s editorial priorities for the upcoming issues.

You can find the full call on our website : https://clararevue.ulb.be.

Proposals for the editorship of issue 13 (to be published in 2027) must be submitted by June 30, 2025.

Best regards,

The Editorial Board
